By downloading, registering with or using the Capital Moni application and website (together, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We may verify your identity and eligibility as part of the application process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts where suspicious activity is detected.
Each loan application is assessed individually using automated credit assessment and risk controls. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Loan amounts, tenures and interest rates offered depend on your credit assessment and are confirmed before you accept any loan agreement.
When you accept a loan offer, a binding loan agreement is formed between you and KITTYWAVE NOVA TRADING GHANA LTD. You must repay the loan according to the repayment schedule shown in the app, including any applicable interest and charges. Repaying on or before the due date keeps your account healthy and may increase your credit limit; late repayment may incur penalties as set out in your loan agreement.
There are no upfront application fees. Interest is charged on approved loans at the annual percentage rate (APR) confirmed in your loan agreement. Indicative APR ranges by product are published on our loans page; your actual rate depends on your assessment. Late repayment may incur additional charges in line with your loan agreement.
We lend responsibly. We assess your ability to repay before approval and encourage you to borrow only what you need and can afford to repay. Borrowing beyond your means may lead to financial difficulty. If you face repayment challenges, contact our support team as early as possible.
You must not use the Platform to:
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
The Capital Moni name, logo, app design, content and related materials are owned by KITTYWAVE NOVA TRADING GHANA LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or if required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall first be referred to our support team for resolution; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
